Apple released iOS 7.1 beta for developers

by Cagan EGE2013/11/19

Apple has just released the beta version of iOS 7.1 for developers. The new  iOS 7 version is available in the Apple Dev Center for all supported iPhones, iPads and iPods and has the build number 11D5099e. Apple last week released iOS 7.0.4 , but this appeared not beta version. Also, iOS 7.0.3 , with a lot of solutions for reported problems in iOS 7, was released without beta versions for trial.

Great visual changes or additions have so far not found in iOS 7.1, but there are a few minor changes which are now possible to select. Under ‘Accessibility’ in the settings of your iDevice there is an option of  dark keyboard  that already appears in some apps . You see this dark keyboard in also lighter apps, like the Messages app.

Another option lets you take photos with Burst Mode and upload to Photo Stream. The Yahoo logo in iOS 7 have been updated in order to reflect the new design that was introduced in September. A line in the agenda of the Message Center now gives the time.  There is a high incidence of minor changes and bugfixes.

As with earlier betas, for iOS 7.1 you must be registered as a developer or tester. Otherwise, the update can not be installed on your iDevice

Apple has simultaneously released a new beta version of the Apple TV software version 6.1  in which the AirPlay functionality of the iPad needs to be improved.
